About Jaime Pera

As a life-long Marin County resident and former executive, I have a deep background with 25+ years of combined finance and residential real estate experience. I am client focused and firmly believe that the home buying and home selling experience should be collaborative and fun. Buyer clients appreciate my knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and real estate market. When working with sellers I carefully design sales and marketing plans that give properties maximum exposure to increase the probability of the home selling for its maximum value.

Clients are always first. I emphasize communication and utilize skills honed over the years to add measurable value to real estate transactions. I am very passionate about real estate and know that thorough preparation followed by attention to detail ultimately leads to the close of a successful transaction and a happy client. My core belief is that when you help people make the right decisions, at the right time, you become their Realtor for life.

Prior to launching my real estate sales career in 2010, I served as Chief Financial Officer in real estate, consumer goods and technology environments, ranging from start-ups to high profile, well-established companies. My real estate expertise was developed while serving as CFO for several large San Francisco Bay Area residential real estate firms: Pacific Union, Cornish & Carey, and Fox & Carskadon.

I am a native of Argentina and am fluent in both English and Spanish. Raised in Tiburon and Mill Valley, I attended St. Hilary School in Tiburon, St Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco, and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Santa Clara. I am also a Certified Public Accountant. An avid reader, I enjoy studying economics, history, people, and cultures. I also serve on the boards of the Marin Bocce Federation and the Marin History Museum.
